Processing & Shipping

Orders typically ship within 5 to 7 business days from the date of purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Please take processing and shipping times into consideration when selecting your planner’s start date.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or order modifications once an order is placed.

Exchanges on Damaged Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged:

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.

• We will gladly exchange any item that arrives defective or damaged.
