All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or order modifications once an order is placed.

Exchanges on Damaged Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged:

Please email hello@trerenee.com within 3 business days of receiving your package.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.

We will gladly exchange any item that arrives defective or damaged.
